I offer a range of short and longer courses to help with your riding fitness and exploring the deeper pathways to equine connection. You can choose to work on the physical skills you need to ride better, or dive a little deeper into nervous system regulation, mental focus, meditation and connection.

One to one yoga and coaching
I specialise in coaching and teaching yoga to people who ride, work with or just simply love horses. Whether you have physical needs like wanting to be more balanced, flexible or stronger, or you’re coping with emotional stress or confidence, I can help.
I know too that sometimes we just want to do things our way! Or we have specific needs that we feel are better addressed in a one-one space rather than in a group class. I’m a qualified coach as well as yoga teacher so we can work together to build a programme that works specifically for you. Whether that is a physical goal like managing long term pain, or simply feeling more flexible, or related to emotional needs like confidence, I can help!
