Yoga at Borrowash, Ockbrook, Spondon and online.

I teach gentle yoga for mindful people using a combination of Hatha, gentle flow and Yin practice. Yoga is for everybody so all my yoga is accessible for people new to yoga as well as those with more experience.  Whatever your age, experience, capability or stage of life, you will find something for you.

My authentic yoga brings you in touch with your whole self.   It is your practice so you can always choose which shapes to practice, and which options are for you.  I use a combination of physical practice, breath work, chanting and meditation to leave you feeling nourished, at peace and restored.

Yin Yoga online and Sunday Yin Yoga

Weekly online and in person Monthly Sundays at The Parish Hall, Church St, Ockbrook

Yin yoga is a slow, subtle but powerfully effective form of yoga where we hold shapes, supported by yoga props to reach into our deepest body tissues, our breath and our relaxation response.

This yoga will leave you glowing and increase your flexibility. We work with our bodies differently to reach into our joints and connective tissues through gentle, sustained holds.

We create space for our body, mind and spirit to relax, and time for a deeper breathing practice too.

No previous experience of yoga needed and all equipment provided.
