My qualifications
I’m committed to providing you with the best yoga classes I can. I love the rich philosophical traditions of yoga and it’s spirituality. The benefits of the yoga we practice are backed up by modern science too and I can be a bit of a geek when its comes to anatomy and how the body works. I also firmly believe that yoga can be shared and enjoyed safely by everybody.
And mostly I just love learning! So here is what I’ve been up to in addition to reading lots!

- I also have up to date first aid training (April 2023), am fully insured and have full Disclosure and Barring Service clearance too.
- I am accredited as having completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher training by Yoga Alliance.
- I’m an active member of the Yoga Teacher’s Collaborative and benefit from 30 minutes CPD every week through this group. It also provides on line peer support and the advantages of a huge resource of yoga knowledge. And of course, I have a daily yoga and meditation practice.
