Hi. I'm Clare and I believe that every body deserves health, wellbeing and a life that feels deeply fulfilling.

Welcome!

I teach gentle, mindful yoga to help you to live and move with more ease, confidence and joy.  Helping you to feel happier and healthier in everyday life.

My local classes focus on flexibility, strength and balance.  I focus on ability, meeting you where you are right now in your life so you can re-discover the simple, steady comfort of being at home in your body and mind.  

You’ll find safe, nurturing spaces to unwind, release stretch and strengthen.  Each lovingly crafted practice blends modern movement science and traditional yoga, empowering you to find your very best self.

You’ll find:  a physical practice that can support and challenge you, breath work for calmness, balance work to reduce falls, a restorative practice to soothe a busy nervous system and vibrant, friendly classes.
