A final celebration of winter, the time for drawing in, self reflection and self care. And of course, February is also the month of love.
Find a little self love in this gloriously indulgent, gentle yoga class. With stretches held for longer periods, this class combines the gentle movements of Chi Gong, yin yoga and meditation. Find a little healing space for yourself as we sink into the beautiful extended meditation, yoga nidra.
Feel deeply rested, internal healing and relaxation for February. Time to love yourself.

Yoga is about finding your perfect place. A place to come home to wherever you find yourself. Yoga is not about having the perfect body, perfect poses or the best balance. Whatever your age, ability or stage of life, yoga is about connecting with your Self, your very essence, and remembering that you too deserve compassion and kindness.
I run my classes online and in your community spaces, so no need for hectic journeys adding to the stresses of our busy lives. Every class is carefully crafted to create a safe, nurturing, breathing space, a place of calm for you to unwind, release and stretch. You can settle body, mind and spirit as we practise gentle, mindful yoga together. We start with the foundations, opening the body so we can breathe better.
When we breathe well, we feel well.
When we feel well, we thrive.
So invest a little time and space for yourself, to find stillness and connection. Welcome new joy and energy to your life.
