I’m committed to providing you with the best yoga classes I can. I love the rich philosophical traditions of yoga and it’s spirituality. The benefits of the yoga we practice are backed up by modern science too and I can be a bit of a geek when its comes to anatomy and how the body works. I also firmly believe that yoga can be shared and enjoyed safely by everybody.

I’m an active member of the Yoga Teacher’s Collaborative and benefit from 30 minutes CPD every week through this group. It also provides on line peer support and the advantages of a huge resource of yoga knowledge. And of course, I have a daily yoga and meditation practice.
