For £39, you are automatically booked onto your favourite yoga class every week. Your mat space is guaranteed without any of that life admin we all hate so much!
Simply sign up to membership to pay automatically through direct debit. You will also have priority access to Yoga by Clare events and information.

Yoga by Clare has launched its Monthly Membership for the convenience of customers at a price of £39 per calendar month.
Your investment in the monthly membership package
- Reserves your mat space each week at your chosen class.
- You no longer need to book each week or risk not getting a space at your favourite class. no more time consuming life admin!
- You will receive occasional gifts like online classes or meditations especially for my membership.
- You will be added to my membership mailing list to get advance notice of any events or offers from Yoga by Clare.
My commitment.
I will provide a weekly class at the times and places designated in this agreement over 48 weeks of the year. This excludes any classes falling on Christmas or Boxing Day. Please note that from 2025 I will offer classes over 46 weeks of the year.
Where I am not able to teach that class in person, I will ensure that there is appropriate cover from a qualified and experienced yoga teacher.
Where this is not possible, or a class has to be cancelled for any reason, beyond the 48 week offer, you will be reimbursed to the value of that class. If classes have to be cancelled due to events beyond my control e.g. severe weather, flooding or sudden building closure you will be reimbursed 50% of the value of any lost classes.
You can cancel your membership through the Bookwhen site at any time. Please keep hold of your membership email as this is the easiest way to do this. It is helpful if you can give me two weeks notice of your intention to cancel. Please note that if you need Clare to cancel membership on your behalf, then the two week notice period will automatically apply.
It is also possible to pause membership subject to a minimum two week notice period. Pauses in membership will be for a minimum period of one calendar month and a maximum of two calendar months unless there are exceptional circumstances.
The opportunity to pause membership is intended to enable members to manage life events such as illness, surgery, bereavement, extended travel and so on. In normal circumstances, membership can be paused once in in each 12 month period. (A membership that has been cancelled and reinstated within a 12 month period will be considered as a pause.) Any additional need to pause membership should be discussed with Clare and may be refused.
Your commitment
Your membership applies to one of: Yoga in Borrowash, Yoga in Ockbrook and Yoga in Spondon.
Payment of your agreed membership fee each calendar month is in advance to reserve mat space at your designated class.
In the unlikely event that there are problems with payment e.g. insufficient funds available, a small administration fee of £5 will be payable to cover associated costs, where this happens on more than one occasion.
It is your responsibility to attend your designated class as described in this agreement as you will not be reimbursed for missed classes. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once purchased, memberships cannot be exchanged for classes on alternative dates and venues. If you wish to attend a different class on an ad hoc basis, this can be booked through the website in the usual way at the usual fee.
A minimum two week period is required for pausing or cancellation of membership.
