Tuesday: Yoga at Borrowash and at Chester Green

Tuesday 10.00 – 11.00 a.m. Morning Flow / Tuesday 5.45 - 6.45 P.M. Gentle Yoga

Start your day with my friendly morning class — a gentle, uplifting practice to stretch, tone and strengthen.

Prefer something slower? Join me at Chester Green in the early evening to unwind with calm, steady, yin-inspired movement and deeper release.

Both classes welcome beginners and more experienced yogis alike. Every body, every age.

Thursday: Chair Yoga at Spondon

Thursday afternoon 2.30 - 3.15 p.m. Chair yoga

A gentle and inclusive yoga practice using chairs and props to support you whilst you move, breathe and relax.

Friday: Yoga at Spondon

Friday 9.30 – 10.30 a.m. Morning Flow / Friday 6.30 - 7.30 P.M. Evening Flow

Morning and evening classes that honour the gentle energies of day and dusk.

Small, friendly groups mean a warm welcome and a lovely community feel every time. Using simple yoga shapes, breathwork and relaxation, you’ll leave calm, energised and ready for the week (or weekend) ahead.

Pre-booking is required for all classes, although booking remains open until the class start time.  If you are not able to book a space on your favourite class, please join the waiting list so that I can let you know about cancellations.

If you have one available, please bring along your own mat.  I have a small number available for hire at £2 per class.  All funds raised from mat hire go to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust which rescues orphaned elephants and rhinos.

Sunday: Monthly Yin Yoga

Sunday 4.30 - 6.00 P.M.
The Parish Hall, Church St, Ockbrook

Yin yoga is a slow, gentle practice of supported holds that reaches the deeper tissues of the body.

With props and steady breath we invite relaxation, increase flexibility, and leave you feeling calm and glowing.

No previous experience needed — everyone welcome.
