Chilled out yoga for complete mind and body stress relief
Yin Yoga is a super relaxing and meditative practice, perfect for early Sunday evening. An opportunity to wind down and re-charge at the end of the weekend.
This is a great practice for settling stress and anxiety or simply re-charging your batteries. We all have busy, busy lives and this class allows you a complete break, time to switch off and relax. Our practice is mainly floor based, slow and soothing , lingering in each pose, allowing you to work deeply into your mind as well as your body. The guiding principle is to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
Following the philosophies of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this practice also works with the flow of Chi (energy) to major organs promoting a sense of deep wellbeing and ease.
I hold 90 minute yin classes every month at The Parish Hall, Church St, Ockbrook, DE72 3SL starting at 4.30p.m. and finish at 6.00 p.m. You don’t need any previous experience of yoga to enjoy this class and I provide all the equipment you need to join in and feel supported.
